Server-side settings

Config.Server.General = {
    PlayerIdentifier =
    "steam",
    MaxRacesToDisplayInLeaderboard = 30,
}
  • PlayerIdentifier - sets how player data is tracked(e.g. steam, license, etc.).

  • MaxRacesToDisplayInleaderboard - limits how many racers show in the Leaderboard > Race History.

Keep this number low to avoid heavy database queries.

Config.Server.Editor = {
    identifier = { 'steam:110000...', 'steam:110001...' },
    item = 'hitab',
    mode = 'item',
    MinCP = 2,
    SendEditorToBucket = false,
    EditorRoutingBucket = 3553,
}
  • identifier - list of allowed player identifiers who can access to track editor.

  • item - item required to use the track editor.

  • mode - how access is granted: id - only by identifier item - only by item both - requires both

  • MinCP - minimum checkpoints required to save a track.

  • SendEditorToBucket - if true, sends the editor to a separate routing bucket (isolated dimension).

  • EditorRoutingBucket - the bucket ID used if SendEditorToBucket is enabled.

Config.Server.Hosting = {
    identifier = { 'steam:110000...', 'steam:110001...' },
    item = 'hitab',
    mode = 'id',
}
  • identifier - list of allowed players who can host races.

  • item - item that grants hosting permissions.

  • mode - how access is granted: id - only by identifier item - only by item both - requires both

Config.Server.Rank = {
    PlacementRaces = 5,
    Tiers = {},
    Delta = { Win, Podium, Finish, Dnf, Leave },
}

A standard ranked system, used only in the queue system:

  • PlacementRaces - number of races a player must complete before being assigned a rank.

  • Tiers - modify values only.

  • Delta - rank modifiers that set MMR gain/loss. Win - player finishes 1st Podium - player finishes top 3 Finish - player finishes outside the top 3 Dnf - player does not finish (defaults to Config.Race.DnfTime; lower values mean more competitive) leave - player exits the race early
