🎮Race types

Highroller Racing supports multiple race types, each designed to suit different playstyles - from casual street racing to highly competitive battles.

Queue System

The queue system ensures that players can jump into races quickly and fairly without needing a dedicated host.

  • Automatic Matchmaking - Join the queue and the system automatically matches you with other available players.

  • Casual & Ranked Support - Both casual races and ranked competitions run through the queue system.

  • Fair Matchmaking - Ranked races match players within their MMR range to keep competition balanced.

  • Quick Access - No waiting for someone with hosting privileges; races begin as soon as the queue fills.

  • Flexible Options - Players can select any rank to challenge top competitors.

This system keeps races flowing smoothly and ensures everyone has the opportunity to compete.

Player Hosted Races

  • Host a race at any time.

  • Send out notifications with the built-in system so everyone knows it's time to line up.

  • Choose between Sprint or Circuit tracks.

  • Preview the track layout before the race begins.

Ideal for community events and friendly competitions.

Sprint (Point-to-Point)

Sprint races are straightforward, point-to-point challenges. Racers start at one location and must reach the finish line as quickly as possible. Perfect for testing top speed, reaction time, and precision driving.

Circuit (Laps)

Circuit races loop around a set track, requiring racers to complete multiple laps. These races emphasize consistency, clean driving, and strategy - especially when it comes to maintaining speed through corners and avoiding mistakes over several laps. Adds a layer of competitiveness by encouraging racers to improve their best lap times or set new records.

Casual Queue

  • Eliminates the need for a player with hosting access.

  • Quick races - circuit tracks are always limited to a single lap in this mode.

Ranked Queue

Ranked races are available exclusively through the queue system, ensuring a fair and competitive experience.

  • Match against racers within your MMR range.

  • Feeling bold? Switch to any rank and challenge the top drivers.

  • Results directly impact your ranking, rewarding both skill and consistency.

This mode is designed for players who want structured, competitive racing.

Time Trials

Time Trials are perfect for practice and personal progression.

  • Race alone against the clock.

  • Learn new tracks without the pressure of other players.

  • Compete against existing track records and try to set new best times.

A great way to sharpen your skills before stepping into competitive queues.

One Versus One

The One vs One mode is inspired by classic racing games, offering fast-paced, head-to-head competition. Instead of queueing for a public race, players can directly challenge a nearby player.

  • Instant Challenge - Invite a player to a race duel.

  • Random Destination - A destination is automatically selected, keeping the race unpredictable.

  • Single Checkpoint - The first to cross the finish line wins.
